Returns and Exchanges 

All Sales are FINAL - Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.  We will not refund or replace due to user error.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.  E-mail us within 3 days of delivery if your items are damaged/ defective, or you received the wrong item(s). Resolution of your issue will be at the discretion of our company.  If your order is lost and/ or damaged during shipping transit, file a claim with Route. If route was not purchased, we will not refund or replace transfer with shipping related issues.
